Support Policy and Service Plans

Williamson Software is committed to supporting
you with efficient, friendly technical support in a timely manner.
The following policy is designed to increase customer satisfaction
by making available consistent, efficient solutions to meet
your software support needs.
SUPPORT POLICY
Williamson Software's Technical Support Department
is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST at (866) 380-4592. Specially
trained representatives are standing by to personally take your
calls. In the event all technical support representatives are
helping other customers when you call, a message left in the
automated Tech Support voice-mail box will generate a call-back
to solve your problem from the next available representative.

Free with software purchase
Med-Link Pro: 2 hours or 10 calls in the first 60
days after purchase
BP Win: 1 hour or 4 calls within the first 45 days
C-FORM Win: 30 minutes or 3 calls within the first
30 days
After the free technical support for your product
has expired, you may purchase additional support according to
the following pricing plans:
Plan A - "Semi-Annual"
Med-Link Pro
$249.00 for 6 months of technical support coverage
which includes up to a maximum of 6 hours phone support or 10
calls (whichever comes last). Plan includes all the latest software
updates and feature upgrades.
BP Win
$125.00 for 6 months of technical support coverage
which includes up to a maximum of 3 hours phone support or 8
calls (whichever comes last). Plan includes all the latest software
updates and feature upgrades.
C-FORM Win
$99.00 for 6 months of technical support coverage
which includes up to a maximum of 2 hours phone support or 6
calls (whichever comes last). Plan includes all the latest software
updates and feature upgrades.
Plan B - "Per
Incident"
On a per incident basis we charge $80.00 per
hour for phone support. $20.00 minimum; unused minutes may be
used on the same day.
Customers choosing Plan B must provide payment
via our automated payment systems prior to receiving technical
support. Customers enrolled in Plan A are extended a free 15
minute "grace period" should their pre-paid Technical
Support minutes run out during a call.
